Frequently Asked Questions
The Community Days initiative allows individuals from less privileged backgrounds to take our exams at a significantly reduced price.
Exams purchased via the community days initiative will only be available on the day of the community days event. While the exam (and the qualification) will exactly be the same as our on-demand exams, the community days exams will have 2 main differences:
- Retest will not be included.
- The exam will only be available on the day of the event and must be taken on that day.
The community days exams don’t require scheduling. On the date of the exam, the candidate purchasing the exam will see the exam appear on their dashboard for an 8-hour window (usually 9 am to 5 pm UK time). The candidate must start the exam within that 8-hour window. The exam will not be available outside of this window.
Depending on the success of the event, we may add more dates and exams in the future.
Yes, everything will be exactly the same. Candidates will receive the exact same passing certificate which can be validated by their employer through our exam validation page.
No, unlike our on-demand exams, the Community Days exam will not have a free retake.
If, for any reason, you are unable to start the exam on the day of the event, you will forfeit your opportunity to take it.
No refund. All sales are final.
Yes, we will be sharing the VPN credentials before the community day event.
No. You cannot transfer/gift it to someone else. If you want, you can use the ‘Gift an Exam’ feature on our website to gift a regular exam to a friend, but this does not apply to Community Day exams.
